Payments

Probably, but it’s not our fault (really). The Supreme Court made a decision back in June of 2018 that made most online retailers start collecting applicable taxes. Based on the goods ordered and the location of delivery, chaads may be required to collect the applicable local tax for your order. Rates vary based on state, county, or city. We’ll show you any taxes collected for your order at checkout. 

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international credit and debit cards, checks, or money orders.  

Return funds take 5-7 business days to see your funds back to your bank. We process returns immediately once yoru package arrives into our warehouse.

Returns are accepted on all other purchases within 30 days of receiving the product as long as the product is in its original condition (hasn’t been worn or washed).

Returns are not accepted on any sale items marked as “all sales final.”

Yes but its always only a flat fee of $2 to everyone in the USA!

Orders placed with standard shipping are typically processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends/ and major holidays).

US domestic orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days.

International orders (outside the US) are shipped via Globegistics and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks, excluding customs clearance and any transit delays that may arise from that process.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are estimated to arrive within 7 business days.

Orders shipped to Guam and APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive within 10 business days.

All orders are shipped out of our Burbank, CA warehouse to locations everywhere in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes are fine, and we also ship to all military locations via DPO, FPO, and APO addresses.
