Our proprietary fabric is 90% non-pilling Micro Modal and 10% spandex. We weren’t kidding when we said we set out to create the most comfortable pair of underwear you’ll ever wear. 

Our boxer briefs are latex-free, as the waistband is made of a blend of polyester, nylon, and lycra-elastane. Note that while our brief may not contain latex, an allergic reaction may still be possible since the waistband contains materials that are related to latex.

While we can’t tell you to throw caution to the wind and order a single pair of chaads anyway, we can tell you that if you do and they cause a reaction, we’ll refund the cost.

Nope! Chaads are currently designed to be fly-free. We’re considering making a fly version in the future though so keep an eye out.  

Shipping and returns

Your first pair of Chaads is covered under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Returns are accepted on all other purchases within 30 days of receiving the product as long as the product is in its original condition (hasn’t been worn or washed).

Returns are not accepted on any sale items marked as “all sales final.”

All orders are shipped out of our Burbank, CA warehouse to locations everywhere in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes are fine, and we also ship to all military locations via DPO, FPO, and APO addresses.

Please note: Depending on the shipping destination, your package may be subject to taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or the preferred carrier in your country.

Not if your order is over $35. 

If you need to modify an order, please contact us within an hour of placing it and we'll do our best to help you out. If it’s been processed and shipped though, there’s not really anything we can do about that. 

Orders placed with standard shipping are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/ and major holidays).

US domestic orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days.

International orders (outside the US) are shipped via Globegistics and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks, excluding customs clearance and any transit delays that may arise from that process.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are estimated to arrive within 7 business days.

Orders shipped to Guam and APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive within 10 business days.

Anything that leaves the Chaads warehouse has been thoroughly checked by our quality control team. If, however, you received a product that was damaged, please contact us via email at hello@chaads.com and we’ll make it right. 

The bad news: probably not. We get it, mistakes happen and sometimes washing machines and life in general can be a little rough on our clothes. But we have to keep costs down in order to keep your wallet happy. Sometimes that means making the hard call and saying no to free underwear.

The good news: Chaads are half the price of the other guys. Grab yourself a new pair and try to be nicer to them!

We always recommend contacting your local carrier for verification of whether your package was actually delivered. There are a ton of reasons why this can happen, and we always recommend waiting up to 2 business days from the confirmed delivery date for the package to actually arrive before assuming something might be wrong.

If you’ve waited two days and you still don’t have your Chaads, please contact us directly to investigate for you.

The $12 USD fee charged for international shipping (outside the US) is only for postage. Chaads is not responsible for any additional fees that may arise from your local customs authority or your country’s preferred carrier.

Mistakes happen, we get it, no worries! Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to quickly modify your order. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee modification of your details if your order has shipped.

Please contact us for assistance if your package was sent back to our fulfillment center.

Subscription

You can get deliveries of fresh briefs every 30, 60, or 90 days.

Chaads bought through subscriptions are always $9.99 a pair.

Chaads subscriptions start at 2 pairs and go up from there. It’s up to you to figure out how often you think you might want a fresh pair of the best briefs money can buy. And, of course, you’ll also get that sweet, sweet swag with every delivery.

Yeah, but why would you want to? If you’re serious though, you can always email hello@chaads.com and we’ll get you taken care of.

Payments

Probably, but it’s not our fault (really). The Supreme Court made a decision back in June of 2018 that made most online retailers start collecting applicable taxes. Based on the goods ordered and the location of delivery, chaads may be required to collect the applicable local tax for your order. Rates vary based on state, county, or city. We’ll show you any taxes collected for your order at checkout. 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal.

E-Checks typically take up to 7-10 business days to clear. Your order will ship as soon as your payment clears but we don’t have any way of making this happen faster.

Refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days to reflect back on your account. This is an estimate however, as each bank pretty much operates on its own timeline. If you want the best answer, we recommend you contact your bank directly. 

Chaads is only able to credit the original form of payment used to process the order. Once a refund has processed, you’ll need to contact your banking institution to have the funds re-routed to the proper location. 

Orders

Codes can fail for a variety of reasons.

You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.

The items in your cart aren’t eligible for a discount code.

Check the terms and conditions of the code and make sure the items in your cart aren’t excluded items.

The code has been entered incorrectly. Codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it’s shown and attempt to input it again.

The code has expired. Check the expiration date of the code as some codes only run for a limited time.

If none of the above applies or fixes the problem, contact us so we can get things straightened out.

Contact us within one hour of placing your order to cancel. If, however, your order has shipped then cancellation of that order will not be possible. 

Processing of your order takes 1-3 business days. When we ship your Chaads we’ll send tracking information so you can track them from our warehouse to your door.
